Maurizio is really kind and helpfull. Apartment in the middle of the famous street. Location is fantastic. You can go everywhere by walk. The apartmant is perfect clean. And finally you have everthing what you need.

What would you highlight about Váci Point Deluxe Apartments
Good value for money but wish we would have received the unit booked.
Location was excellent and the apartment was quite large. There was a lot of storage and the bathing facilities were nice. The wine from host upon arrival was appreciated and Mauricio was charming.
Was not the unit we booked. Was one bedroom one bath instead of two bedroom two bath. Was considered on second floor but there were 98 steps to apartment. The elevator was very small.

Too good to be true, this is a complete scam

We feel like we have been completely played!!! We had booked a delux apartment, with TWO SEPARATED bedrooms and a corner BATH, on the pictures it looked really big and really nice and we were truly charmed! It had a Huge open kitchen and a nice living room Prior to our arrival, the host contacted us to arrange a meeting point but did not mentioned anything else! On arrival, Maurizio took us to the apartment and to our surprise, it was not the one we booked. It was a much smaller apartment with just one bedroom and a really small bathroom with just a shower. the kitchen was really small and the place just did not look great. I explained to him we had booked a different apartment, much bigger but he started making excuses in really bad english that it had been sold and they had no access to it anymore. None of this had been mentioned when we were exchanging messages prior to our arrival. I tried to explain to him we were disappointed ! He then decided to show us an other flat a little bit bigger he had but told us that if we wanted to take it we would have to cancel our original booking, or him to say we did not arrive so he could put this one back up for rent on the booking website. I thought it was really dodgy and knew I would want to complain about this booking once back so I did not want him to do tho and kindly declined. Also I was worried about making payment if he said we did not arrive or cancelled. I asked if we could just stay in the flat and pay , we had nowhere else to go and we were tired from our journey. Maurizio could not supply any receipt for payment and did not even have any paper about our booking, he just wrote a number on a piece of paper and converted the price on his phone .... none of it felt safe our really professional.

Excellent! Great value for money! I would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Budapest!
Maurizio was an excellent host, the apartment was very clean & we also loved that he stocked up the fridge with alcohol (always a bonus!) The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was perfectly located and very spacious! He even allowed us to extend our checkout time (no questions asked and at no extra cost!) Definitely recommend!
The only downside was that the floor of the bathroom was at a slight angle so when showering the shower floor flooded! This wasn't too much of a problem but just meant showering time had to be cut a bit short!
